About Us

Rulers of the World is the brainchild of copreneurs* Sarah and Maarten van Ryckevorsel. Sarah is a native of Vermont while Maarten divided his formative years between his native Netherlands and Portland, Oregon.

Rulers of the World was the first product that we ever dreamt up and created for our gift and toy company, Rich Frog Industries, which we ran for almost two decades.

We sold Rich Frog in 2012, but the business has recently returned to us and so we are once again, happily, in the business of designing and creating new Rulers of the World!
